TokenBurn Sentinel provides software for AI agent token burn monitoring, budget alerts, cost attribution, and reporting. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit the site, request checkout, or use the service.
Information we process
We may process account contact details, billing status, organization and project metadata, repository or issue identifiers, model names, token counts, tool-call metadata, budget rules, alert delivery settings, product usage events, and support messages. We do not require customers to submit secrets, production credentials, payment card data, or private customer records into public forms.
Payment handling
Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Hosted payment pages, crypto payment instructions, transaction processing, and related payment data are handled by NOWPayments under its own terms and policies. We receive limited payment status information needed to activate or support the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, analyze token burn and tool-call patterns, enforce customer-defined budgets, route alerts, create reports, operate checkout and billing support, secure the product, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to lawful requests. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance and improve documentation.
Agent logs and work metadata
Customers control which logs, repositories, issue trackers, customer tags, or run metadata they connect. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights needed to process agent logs, engineering metadata, and any associated team or client data through the service.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. Customers may request deletion of eligible account data by contacting support.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should avoid submitting secrets, regulated data, raw production credentials, or unnecessary personal information in agent logs, budget notes, or support channels.
International users
The service may be used by teams in the United States, Europe, India, the Middle East, and other regions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions where our infrastructure or providers operate.
